Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another client. Therefore, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and may require a deposit for future bookings.
